Job Summary

Serve as a seasoned subject matter expert to bridge business problems and technology solutions. Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather and define requirements, map processes, and deliver solutions for complex business, process, information, and systems issues. Own project elements with minimal supervision, support service improvements and deployments, document operational gaps, and help resolve service issues while following development and support processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a bridge between business problems and technology solutions.
•Analyze and transform business problems with technology to enable improvements or change.
•Determine business requirements and define solutions using best-practice methodologies.
•Deliver business projects aligned to sponsor requirements and enterprise architecture.
•Document operational gaps (user guides, templates, test cases) and assist with service issue resolution. +
•Adhere to development and support processes; communicate and escalate issues if deliverables can’t be met.
•Take responsibility for delivery of project elements with minimal supervision.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Seasoned experience as a Business Analyst in a technology services environment.
•Strong business requirement gathering, use case definition, process mapping, and implementing new services and systems.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder rapport.
•Relevant certifications: ITIL-related credentials; Project management certification advantageous; Professional in Business Analysis certification preferred, with IIBA membership required.
