Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform cargo handling activities including documentation, acceptance, delivery, build-up/breakdown, equipment operation, and transport for export/import operations.
  • •Follow customer service and airline-specific policies, processes, SOPs, and instructions in line with regulations and SLAs.
  • •Support and guide loaders and equipment operators during cargo handling activities, ensuring documentation and courier/mail handling meet standards.
  • •Inspect, validate, and count goods against relevant documentation at each stage to ensure dispatch conforms to standard procedures.
  • •Coordinate with government authorities (e.g., Customs, Municipality, Health, Police) and handle special cargo per IATA manuals, operating tow trucks and forklifts as required.
