Validate enterprise backend infrastructure for healthcare environments, ensuring quality, reliability, performance, and operational stability. Perform Windows and IIS testing, investigate failures using logs and diagnostic tools, and improve automation, tooling, monitoring, and release quality in collaboration with engineers and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and execute functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end tests for backend infrastructure components.
•Validate distributed systems and perform installation, upgrade, migration, configuration, backup, and recovery testing across deployment types.
•Conduct Windows and IIS testing, including services, scheduled tasks, permissions, application pools, bindings, TLS, and authentication/connectivity troubleshooting.
•Identify bottlenecks and validate stability under failures and infrastructure outages; contribute to reliability and post-incident investigations.
•Reproduce, isolate, and troubleshoot customer/field issues using logs and diagnostics; perform root-cause analysis and verify fixes with engineering teams.

Key Requirements

•B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
•3+ years of experience in software QA, preferably with backend, infrastructure, enterprise, or server-side systems.
•Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and test design techniques.
•Hands-on experience testing complex backend systems and integrations.
•Strong experience with Windows (including Windows Server/Windows Services) and IIS/web services, plus networking fundamentals and troubleshooting tools.
