International Accountant

Own international accounting for multiple Etsy subsidiaries, covering US GAAP reporting and local statutory compliance. Manage month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, internal reporting, and audit/financial statement preparation. Perform monthly analytics, drive continuous improvement through standardization and automation (including AI-enabled tools), and partner cross-functionally with teams such as SEC reporting, treasury, and internal payroll. Work from Etsy’s Dublin office once or twice weekly.
