Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate product vision and translate roadmap into MVP iterations for platform capabilities and features.
  • •Lead roadmap creation and feature grooming, managing the feature backlog based on business value and user impact.
  • •Partner with Product Owners and technology teams to develop, test, deliver user stories, and rapidly iterate through automation and prototyping.
  • •Define and align business architectural solutions for feature delivery, and track status to completion.
  • •Track KPIs post-launch to evaluate user satisfaction and future investment; support sprint demonstrations with customers and partners.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of Product Management experience driving product implementation in an iterative approach.
  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, computer science, mathematics, statistics/economics, or other STEM.
  • •Experience modernizing and transforming large-scale technology platforms and launching software/services with engineering teams.
  • •Strong product leadership to influence partners and connect requirements across stakeholders, with proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, Agile, and SAFe.
  • •Background in UI/UX development and digital workflows, including experience applying decision science in product work (financial crimes/AML BSA experience is required).
