Key Responsibilities

•Understand the Customer Deeply: talk to doctors regularly, listen to sales calls, and read customer support tickets to identify opportunities for growth and uplevel the offering; translate insights into strategic, commercial decisions that drive the roadmap and GTM motion.
•Growth & GTM Strategy: define and own the clear aligners growth strategy across customer segments; optimize inbound/outbound marketing funnels; own pricing strategy and competitive positioning.
•Enterprise Channel: build and develop DSO sales motion, relationships with procurement and clinical stakeholders, and create value propositions for large group practices.
•Product Strategy: develop long-term product strategy to compete, synthesize feedback/market intel into a winning plan, and partner with engineering/clinical teams to differentiate roadmap.
•P&L Management: own full P&L from revenue to contribution margin, set budgets and roadmaps, and resolve operational bottlenecks affecting delivery and experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 206,000 - 258,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7–12 years of experience in a mix of strategy, growth/GTM, or general management roles, ideally with high-growth startup and rigorous analytical environment experience (consulting, investment banking, or scaled tech company).
•Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth; you've owned a number or led a GTM motion, not just supported one.
•Strong commercial instincts: you can write a compelling talk track, run a customer discovery call, and close a large enterprise deal.
•Structured thinker who can move fast; comfortable building a strategy deck one day and digging into funnel metrics the next.
•Excellent communicator and cross-functional influencer; able to earn trust with operations, GTM, finance, and other stakeholders simultaneously.
