Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a cross-disciplinary design leadership team and collaborate with research and product/tech leadership.
  • •Identify and advocate for high-leverage opportunities with executive stakeholders and drive high-impact, complex design projects.
  • •Partner with senior leaders across offers, decisioning, authorizations, and customer management to enable associate card experiences.
  • •Elevate the quality and maturity of the design practice, optimizing tools, platforms, frameworks, and design systems.
  • •Present work to executive leaders using strategic, human-centered frameworks integrating design, data, and research insights.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 269,600 - 307,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years of experience in product design or at least 10 years of experience managing product design teams.
  • •At least 3 years of people management experience.
  • •At least 12 years of experience in leading product design teams or delivering products to market.
  • •At least 10 years of experience using design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • •At least 2 years of experience leveraging emerging AI technology such as Gemini or Claude.
