Credit Specialist

Manage a portfolio of process-focused customers and national accounts, handling credit and collection activities end to end. Monitor invoice status and diagnose root-cause issues within portals, and partner with EDI/E-Business teams to support invoice automation and integrations. Work with complex credit accounts to maintain positive customer relationships while implementing credit policies that reduce risk, minimize losses, and efficiently collect arrears, with reporting for credit and collection status.
