Key Responsibilities

•Train with multiple NDE Inspectors to gain on-the-job experience (OJT) and prepare for certification examinations
•Pass certification examinations and practical tests for assigned NDE methods
•Become certified in the necessary NDE methods and perform inspections using those methods
•Interpret and report findings to production and engineering teams and review engineering drawings as required
•Support development of NDE inspection techniques for complex geometries and contribute to R&D of future NDE technology

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalency
•2+ years of professional welding experience
•Certificate of completion in two or more NDE methods (PT or VT) from an NDE program
•Nondestructive evaluation level I certification in at least one method (ET, RT, DR, PT, VT, CR, PAUT, UT, UTSW, MT)
•Basic computer skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and knowledge of AMS, AWS/ASME, ASTM
