Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the project from planning and design through completion and commissioning, delivering to time, budget, and specification.
  • •Oversee and monitor delivery across schedule, interfaces, cost, variations, contract, and risk; develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan.
  • •Coordinate project interfaces across the project lifecycle; lead design review meetings, communicate design acceptance, and issue design changes to impacted stakeholders.
  • •Maintain RACI (Responsible/Accountable/Consulted/Informed) task tracking and manage the change control process; report monthly on project activities.
  • •Maintain the overall project risk register and update at monthly progress meetings; identify process improvement opportunities and manage compensation events for change requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Construction/Infrastructure sector, including relevant aviation and/or similar projects.
  • •Understanding of operating on a live airport site.
  • •Experience operating on site (not office-based) and coordinating design consultants/external service providers.
  • •Tangible experience documenting best-practice construction project management policies and standards.
  • •Track record delivering construction/asset delivery projects to time and within budget, including knowledge of operating as a client’s project manager.
