Key Responsibilities

•Assist in cost management commissions including cost estimates, bills of quantities, value engineering, tendering and evaluation, and contract knowledge.
•Support tender and evaluation activities, including handling change orders and final account close-out.
•Estimate and produce cost plans.
•Conduct cost assessments and valuations and prepare cost reports.
•Liaise with project stakeholders to support commercial delivery.

Key Requirements

•A degree in quantity surveying, construction management, engineering, or an equivalent field.
•Fresh graduates or graduates with maximum 2 years working experience are preferred.
•Knowledge of main cost management concepts, tools, and techniques.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment as part of a committed team.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills with good command of written and spoken English.
