•Lead development of technical approaches and oversee project execution from planning through completion.
•Manage communication and collaboration with full design team and client.
•Prepare designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings and working drawings.
•Review project deliverables and develop estimates of technical efforts for projects.
•Oversee work of junior staff and ensure client needs are met while meeting regulatory requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree and 6 years of experience in regulatory compliance related to RCRA or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
•Minimum 6 years of experience; must pass client required drug screening, background check, and motor vehicle records check.
•8+ years of experience supporting RCRA regulatory compliance, hazardous waste management, and environmental permitting projects.
•Strong knowledge of federal and state hazardous waste regulations, including RCRA corrective action and compliance programs.
•Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary environmental projects, including technical oversight, budgeting, scheduling, and client management.
