Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop granular customer understanding of how customers use hardware and features, and use telemetry and user data to diagnose friction and find operational gaps.
  • •Define, prioritize, and drive a tactical 1–2 year product roadmap and translate strategy into executable feature requirements.
  • •Act as the product glue between hardware and digital application teams by authoring PRDs and managing delivery from prototype validation through launch.
  • •Ensure domain alignment between software/hardware components and the overall platform and design language.
  • •Establish localized dashboards and success metrics, and lead day-to-day execution with engineering squads, UX, QA, and data analysts while managing dependencies and trade-offs.

Key Requirements

  • •4–6+ years of technical product management experience shipping consumer-facing software and/or IoT/connected hardware modules.
