Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
  • •Provide support on major Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for an aspect of service delivery.
  • •Ensure that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
  • •Lead the project team and develop strong relationships with clients and cross-functional team members.
  • •Identify and act upon business development opportunities with existing and new clients, including cross-selling where appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •NEC (3/4) accreditation preferred.
  • •Chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, or RICS preferred.
  • •Degree qualified in a construction-related subject.
