•Perform web mastering activities and publish content in an enterprise CMS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with governance frameworks.
•Support end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns across web, social media, and email channels.
•Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and apply data-driven recommendations to improve reach, conversions, and ROI.
•Collaborate with internal teams to align digital initiatives and review CMS content updates against stakeholder requirements.
•Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to support campaign execution.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, web content management, and web mastering.

•Familiarity with email automation tools and CRM systems (Salesforce).
