Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor and strong stockroom standards and processes.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business and guest needs while completing operations-focused directives and projects.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
