Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead team or process delivery of financial forecasts and plans, overseeing forecasting/planning implementation and model improvement initiatives.
  • •Prepare and guide teams on complex financial reporting, analysis, and cost/benefit analysis to support management decision-making.
  • •Interpret complex financial information and make recommendations to business leaders; implement solutions for key financial and operational opportunities.
  • •Deliver value-added business decision support to internal customers and business partners to enable efficient resource utilization.
  • •Lead product assignments and ad-hoc analysis for product pricing, product profitability, and related initiatives; ensure risks are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled per risk and compliance policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics (or a related field with 4 additional years of related experience substituted in lieu of the degree).
  • •6 years’ experience conducting complex financial/accounting analysis and providing actionable insights to stakeholders, or an advanced degree with progress toward a CPA or CFA designation and 4 years of related work.
  • •Experience using financial/accounting technologies.
  • •Experience communicating key financial/accounting concepts and producing financial reports with recommendations.
  • •Working knowledge of GAAP and experience applying financial regulations and compliance.
