Key Responsibilities

•Support planning and execution of Indonesia market activations, including roundtable dinners, meetups, customer gatherings, and partner co-marketing events.
•Manage event lifecycle tasks such as vendor coordination, guest list management, on-ground ops, and post-event reporting.
•Draft and schedule Lark Indonesia LinkedIn content, including campaign posts, product announcements, thought leadership, and customer stories.
•Support LinkedIn Ads execution with asset prep, copy drafting, audience targeting inputs, and performance tracking.
•Assist with partnership documentation and administration (MOUs, co-marketing agreements) and conduct market research to support campaign planning and field targeting.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
•Fluent in English.
•Strong copywriting skills to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives.
•Proactive self-starter who takes ownership and can figure things out independently.
•Excellent multitasking and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
