Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day Payables operations across upstream P2P processes and own AP for up to 13k employees and 25k+ monthly invoices.
•Lead and develop an AP team of approximately 20, shifting from transactional processing to analytical exception management.
•Drive OCR/IDR-based intelligent document capture and an AI/automation roadmap for predictive exception routing, smart GL coding suggestions, and duplicate detection.
•Implement and scale expense management and corporate card programs; design and enforce global T&E policies while reducing leakage and unauthorized spend.
•Maintain SOX control framework and governance for P2P and corporate card ecosystems, serve as primary auditor interface, and leverage enterprise reporting/BI for AP dashboards and variance analyses.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 131,796 - 175,728 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 15+ years of progressive accounting and accounts payable experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership/people-management.
•Deep technical fluency in US GAAP accounting and SOX controls, with prior experience in a publicly traded company.
•Proven hands-on experience implementing or utilizing OCR/IDR invoice reader tools and AI/advanced automation to drive AP/P2P efficiency.
•Experience implementing and managing an enterprise-wide expense management tool (Ramp a plus) and corporate credit card programs.
•Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and advanced reporting tools (Snowflake and Tableau preferred), plus strong month-end close and GL reconciliation depth.
