  • •Develop schematic and detailed BIM models and identify conflicts, incomplete, or ambiguous design information.
  • •Coordinate with BIM service providers, subcontractors, and the project team; create and manage library components.
  • •Assist the BIM Manager with contract BIM close-out documentation and prepare project-specific BIM guidelines.
  • •Support planning and scheduling and contribute to cost report setup, forecasting, and change order notices and revisions.
  • •Assist with training project personnel on BIM tools, maintain BIM revision logs, and support construction coordination and scheduling.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience developing schematic and detailed BIM models and preparing shop drawings/drawings/specifications.
  • •Proficiency in BIM software and the ability to manage BIM revision logs and model derivations (e.g., material quantities).
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, to be successful in the role.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical certificates.
