Key Responsibilities

  • •Run partner performance reviews and create improvement plans when partners miss KPIs.
  • •Track upcoming deployment volume against partner capacity and negotiate expansion before bottlenecks.
  • •Lead commercial onboarding and ongoing commercial conversations (rates, capacity commitments, contract terms).
  • •Meet with technicians and partner leadership to understand operational challenges and unblock deployments.
  • •Design and run incentive programs and build systems like dashboards, feedback loops, and partner scorecards.

  • •Build strong relationships with installation and Fleet partners while holding high operational performance standards.
  • •Drive partner success through performance management, improvement plans, and clear cadence-based accountability.
