Job Summary

Own pre-sales solutioning for Freshservice by engaging SMB and mid-market customers to uncover business and technical needs, run discovery, and architect tailored solution demos and POCs. Position Freddy AI Copilot and Agent Studio by explaining core AI/LLM concepts and mapping outcomes like ticket deflection and faster resolutions. Build simple AI agents/workflows, document proposals and RFP/RFI responses, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation to accelerate deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage SMB and mid-market customers to understand business and technical challenges, and run discovery sessions.
•Architect tailored solutions and deliver product demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (POCs), addressing technical objections.
•Position Freddy AI Copilot, Freddy AI Agent, and Agent Studio by tying AI capabilities to concrete outcomes.
•Build and configure simple AI agents and automated workflows in Agent Studio (or comparable tools) for demos and POCs.
•Create technical documentation (solution proposals, SoWs, and RFP/RFI responses) and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation to drive deal execution.

Key Requirements

•5–8 years of experience in pre-sales/solution engineering, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
•Strong background in SaaS, cloud technologies, APIs, and enterprise software environments.
•Proven experience designing and delivering technical demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (POCs).
•Ability to work with mid-market and enterprise customers to understand pain points and craft effective solutions.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience) and familiarity with ITSM products; solid AI/LLM concepts with hands-on agent/copilot building is strongly preferred.
