Assess and document used-vehicle cosmetic and mechanical conditions to support appraisal accuracy, optioning, and inventory updates. Capture high-quality wholesale vehicle images for CarMax websites and help prepare for wholesale auction operations. Verify vehicle secures and confirmations, resolve appraisal discrepancies, and assist with inventory management, customer transfers, and lot merchandising. Work with Buyers and Purchasing Managers and support onboarding while maintaining EH&S requirements and a clean, orderly work area.
