Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Lead cost management and quantity surveying across large-scale, mission-critical construction projects, including data center developments. Serve as the key day-to-day client interface, coordinating cost estimates, change orders, cost reporting, benchmarking, and value engineering sessions. Work closely with design teams and general contractors to reconcile changes, manage cost variances, and drive timely, accurate cost validation—while mentoring team members and supporting SOX-aligned responsibilities where applicable.
