Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform assigned Fury build operations per work order and standard work, meeting quality and pace expectations.
  • •Cover stations during absences and surges; maintain qualification on the stations you support.
  • •Respond to production calls and manage the rework/disposition loop from NCR creation through ME approval, corrective work, and final quality buyoff.
  • •Review engineering drawings and CAD data to confirm requirements/deviations and draft redlines/corrective instructions for ME approval.
  • •Monitor build flow to identify bottlenecks and WIP buildup, recommend sequencing changes, and develop/maintain standard work documentation.
  • •Execute functional and acceptance test procedures for aircraft systems including hydraulics, fuel, and landing gear.
  • •Onboard and cross-train technicians on station standard work, safety, and quality expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Manufacturing floor experience in aerospace assembly, aircraft integration, or similar large-scale mechanical/electrical build environments.
  • •Strong blueprint reading ability and experience interpreting engineering drawings and CAD data.
  • •Hands-on experience with nonconformance processes, rework execution, and quality inspections.
  • •Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot build issues on the floor and drive them to resolution.
  • •Familiarity with quality management standards such as IPC-620, IPC-A-610 (or equivalent) and comfort working in a 6S/FOD-controlled environment.
