Job Summary

Own the integrity of inventory across manufacturing and warehouse operations by driving cycle counts, variance reconciliation, auditing, and continuous monitoring. Reduce discrepancies through root-cause analysis and corrective actions, and deliver dashboards on inventory health, adjustments, shrinkage, and trends. Execute Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and excess/obsolete material dispositions accurately, partnering with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to scale operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle count execution, variance reconciliation, and continuous monitoring.
•Identify root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to improve inventory control processes.
•Deliver timely reporting and dashboards on inventory health, adjustments, shrinkage, and operational trends.
•Ensure Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), excess and obsolete inventory, and material dispositions are executed accurately.
•Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to improve inventory processes as operations scale.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in inventory control, inventory analysis, logistics, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
•Perform cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, root cause analysis, and inventory reporting.
•Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar.
•Experience building reports or dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or comparable analytics tools.
•Experience managing inventory impacts associated with Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and/or inventory process improvement initiatives.
