Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of people management experience and leading high-performing teams
  • •Deep familiarity with modern AI technology and classical ML systems, especially LLMs and transformer models, agentic workflows, context management, and agentic evals
  • •Strong focus on driving business outcomes and delivering value to customers
  • •Rigorous but pragmatic with a balance of experimental design and early-stage agility
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to attract and retain exceptional AI talent
