  • •Build and develop a diverse, high-performing branch team through hiring, performance appraisals, coaching, and training.
  • •Oversee operational compliance and risk mitigation, including teller cash counts, reporting, and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
  • •Ensure audit compliance and procedure quality control, and recommend and implement corrective actions to meet policy and regulatory requirements.
  • •Conduct employee performance evaluations, goal planning, and counseling; perform additional assigned duties and projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of related banking experience, including 4 years of branch management and operations.
  • •High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • •Current California driver’s license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance to drive for assigned duties.
  • •Strong knowledge of banking compliance and adherence to state and federal regulations (including Regulation Z, Regulation B, FCRA, BSA/USA PATRIOT Act, AML, CIP, RFPA, and CRA).
  • •Advanced experience in progressively responsible branch management, supervisory activities, financial statement/tax preparation, and lending activities and terminology.
