AVP, Branch Manager - Costa Mesa

Lead day-to-day branch performance by delivering an exceptional client experience while driving branch excellence through focus, clarity, and accountability. Manage and develop a high-performing team, oversee operational compliance and risk mitigation (including reporting and audit controls), and ensure adherence to bank and federal/state regulations. Partner with internal departments to support growth activities, conduct hiring and performance evaluations, and coach employees to execute branch goals.
