•Supervise a team of remediation professionals, serving as a focal point for issue resolution and follow-up.
•Support business development by partnering with client account managers and environmental leadership to grow backlog, manage budgets, and lead capture strategies.

Salary: USD 115,000 - 165,000 annually

•Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field AND 8+ years of experience (or demonstrated equivalency).

•Proven track record managing environmental programs under state regulatory frameworks (California, Colorado, or Texas).
•Experienced communicator who can influence diverse stakeholders in high-pressure environments.
