Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with retail and small business clients by having in-person and phone conversations to uncover financial wellness needs. Meet individual activity and sales goals while opening and expanding accounts and deposit/lending products. Partner with branch teammates and line-of-business professionals to drive referrals and manage centers of influence. Ensure compliance and document client interactions, support teller transactions as needed, and participate in branch huddles and weekend coverage.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver a strong client experience by engaging clients in-person and over the phone to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
•Achieve individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals tied to client acquisition and relationship growth.
•Open personal and business accounts and recommend appropriate deposit and lending products, including home equity and unsecured lending.
•Partner with branch teammates and line of business partners to deepen existing relationships and manage internal/external centers of influence.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, document client interactions, and support branch operations including teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED or equivalent business experience.
•1+ years experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
