Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a resource to identify and resolve more complex client servicing issues while delivering strong client experience in the branch.
  • •Efficiently, effectively, and accurately perform teller functions and coach other tellers to do so.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and transition clients to a Banker when appropriate.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line operations, including teller scheduling, coaching, and overseeing branch operational standards and compliance.
  • •Support compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance cash drawers, and assist the Branch Manager with onboarding and training new Tellers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Minimum of 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills (required).
  • •Minimum of 3 years' experience in cash handling (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork, with strong organizational skills managing multiple tasks (required).
