Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a high-performing team of data analytics professionals, including day-to-day delivery leadership, resource planning, and performance management.
  • •Define and implement standardized, scalable reporting solutions aligned to PMO governance, including dashboards, templates, KPIs, and common data models.
  • •Oversee end-to-end analytics delivery (ingestion, transformation/modeling, validation/QA-QC, insight generation) with governance, auditability, repeatability, and continuous improvement.
  • •Lead dashboarding and visualization using Power BI for project controls performance, portfolio reporting, cost/commercial insights, risk visibility, and resource utilization.
  • •Drive Power Platform enablement (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) to automate workflows and improve efficiency, control, and information management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • •8–12 years of experience in data analytics/BI/PMO reporting/project controls analytics/management information roles.
  • •Proven team management experience leading Data Analytics professionals, including workload allocation, mentoring, performance management, and structured upskilling.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform, SQL, and reporting/automation solutions.
  • •Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or advanced analytics; plus experience designing and delivering PMO/project controls reporting solutions.
