Job Summary

Support end-to-end delivery of Candlelight concerts across multiple markets, partnering with production agencies and external partners. Help manage production budgets and contracts, track performance, and drive continuous improvement across operations, quality, and cost efficiency. Ensure agencies comply with operational, technical, legal, and safety requirements while coordinating with Project Managers and cross-functional teams. Travel occasionally for venue assessments and production audits.

•Manage relationships with production agencies across multiple markets as the primary production point of contact.
•Review, negotiate, and approve production budgets, contracts, and operational proposals.
•Implement and enforce Candlelight global production standards, processes, and best practices.
•Track and manage quotes, invoices, budget updates, and P&L reporting, supporting monthly financial closures.
•Monitor performance, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and help resolve operational risks and challenges.

Key Requirements

•0-2 years of experience in event production, event operations, vendor management, or a related field.

•Experience with operational processes, standardization, scalability initiatives, and continuous improvement.
•Fluency in English and French (Dutch is a plus).
