Food & Beverage Supervisor

Oversee daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner service at Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort, leading a small food & beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll mentor and coach staff, manage accurate guest order taking, demonstrate menu knowledge, and resolve concerns promptly. Coordinate rostering and workflows, ensure compliance with RSA, hygiene, and workplace health & safety standards, and support management with reporting, stock control, and service improvements.
