Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Poultry Business (Broilers, Breeders & Layers) for Essential Products and Performance Solutions in the defined area with the help of Account Managers by managing direct key accounts and Distributors in line with company strategy and in accordance with company guidelines to deliver business results and long-term customer relationship objectives.
•Develop the team members to build successful careers in the organisation and co-create area strategy, translating it into financial profitability.
•Collaborate with other functions and the Performance Solutions team to ensure objectives are met and build sustainable networks in key accounts through direct engagement and internal stakeholders to protect existing business and accelerate new opportunities.
•Monitor regulatory matters impacting customers and goods movement in the defined area, manage the complaint process, and ensure timely settlements with accounts.
•Benchmark competitor products, market requirements, and strategies to incorporate insights into account and sales plans while ensuring adherence to SHE/QESH policies and contributing to a safe, healthy workplace.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master degree in Science (preferably Veterinarian)
•7-10 years of relevant Sales/Account Management experience in Poultry (ANH)
•Experience managing Key Accounts and coordinating with multiple functions in a matrix organization
•Strong analytical and conceptual skills
•Proficiency in English, Hindi and Southern languages; clear problem-solving ability and ability to work under strict deadlines
