Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to design KYC, AML, and Anti-Fraud controls that are practical, scalable, and customer-oriented.
•Perform pre-launch and ongoing FinCrime risk assessments for new products and features.
•Ensure controls scale with the product by developing automated monitoring processes to mitigate financial crime risk effectively.
•Provide expert advice on existing and forthcoming Brazilian regulations and translate regulatory problems into technical opportunities.
•Lead responses to regulatory audits and partner due diligence; coordinate with 2LOD and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and remediation.

Key Requirements

•KYC, AML, and Anti-Fraud controls design experience for fintechs or financial services
•Experience performing pre-launch and ongoing FinCrime risk assessments
•Ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical specifications for engineers and product managers
•Experience developing automated monitoring processes to mitigate financial crime risk
