•Prepare comprehensive performance reports for all departments and provide reviews to senior leadership.
•Recruit, train and manage the hotel’s management team and oversee overall staff management and guest service standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
•At least 10 years in the hospitality industry, with a minimum of 3–5 years specifically as a General Manager
•Previous experience Madinah or Makkah is a must
