Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success amid shifting consumer and regulatory behavior.
  • •Lead the savings economics forecasting function and translate complex data into actionable strategies to drive key outcomes.
  • •Manage and develop a team of analysts, coaching and mentoring to develop and retain talent.
  • •Own strategic planning (1–6 month horizon) and potentially provide P&L accountability for a business segment.
  • •Coordinate cross-line execution: build business requirements, oversee multiple projects/programs, and partner across IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and others to improve quality, volume, service, and profitability.

Salary: USD 200,700 - 229,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •At least 3 years of experience performing quantitative analysis.
  • •At least 3 years of experience performing qualitative analysis.
  • •At least 1 year of experience performing people management.
  • •At least 1 year of experience performing project management.
Education:Bachelor's in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering (preferred)
