Key Responsibilities

  • ā€¢Own day-to-day travel security operations across APAC, including high-risk travel reviews, briefings, monitoring, escalation, incident response, and traveler accountability.
  • ā€¢Produce intelligence-led risk assessments, advisories, decision briefs, and practical mitigation options for employees and senior stakeholders.
  • ā€¢Monitor geopolitical, security, health, environmental, and transport risks and convert changing information into timely operational decisions with intelligence analysts and external providers.
  • ā€¢Lead travel security response to medical emergencies, security incidents, natural disasters, civil unrest, airspace/transport disruption, and other traveler-impacting events.
  • ā€¢Maintain regional procedures and playbooks (decision triggers, communications, training, exercises, after-action reviews) and improve service quality using metrics, operational reviews, automation, and governed AI tools.

Key Requirements

  • ā€¢8+ years of directly relevant experience in corporate travel security or travel risk management, including recent ownership of a regional or global program.
  • ā€¢Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of travel security operations (risk assessment, pre-travel preparation, high-risk travel, active-trip monitoring, traveler tracking, emergency assistance, incident response, crisis support).
  • ā€¢Substantial operating experience across multiple APAC subregions and the judgment to adapt standards to different legal, cultural, infrastructure, and risk environments.
  • ā€¢Proven experience leading significant traveler incidents and supporting complex, fast-moving crises with multiple stakeholders and incomplete information.
  • ā€¢Strong analytical skills translating intelligence into clear recommendations, decision points, traveler communications, and operational actions.
