Job Summary

Own operational delivery and service performance for strategic freight customers across Europe, acting as the operational counterpart to Key Account Managers. Lead performance governance, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement across Air, Ocean, and Road operations. Monitor KPIs and performance data, run customer business reviews, and ensure compliance with SLAs, SOPs, and contractual targets while coordinating across branches, customer service, Shared Service Centres, and OpsX teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Own operational delivery and service performance for assigned strategic freight customers across Europe, ensuring consistent execution across Air, Ocean, and Road.
•Drive compliance with customer SOPs, SLAs, contractual agreements, and operational KPIs, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
•Monitor, analyze, and interpret operational performance data; maintain dashboards, escalation logs, and continuous improvement trackers.
•Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with customers, Key Account Managers, and internal stakeholders; facilitate governance forums.
•Manage escalations and lead issue resolution via corrective and preventive action plans; support onboarding and mentor junior operations stakeholders.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations.
•Minimum 3-5 years in a customer-facing operational account management role.
•Proven experience managing complex multinational freight customers across Air, Ocean, and Road freight.
•Strong understanding of operational governance, performance management, and service delivery excellence.
