Support walk-in and phone customers by building relationships, finding the right products, and ensuring a smooth sales experience. Process customer product requests quickly, handle questions and complaints professionally, and accurately enter sales orders to generate invoices and obtain payment or credit authorization. Help determine warranty item disposition, estimate delivery dates, and assist with receiving, shipping, and warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.
