Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day HR support to Corporate Legal and Corporate HR client groups across employee relations, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding
  • •Partner with HR leadership to ensure fair and consistent application of employee relations policies and practices
  • •Facilitate talent processes including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and compensation planning
  • •Process and manage employee lifecycle transactions and data changes through HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
