Claims Fraud Team Lead

Lead a team of Claims Fraud Investigators and Intel Analysts to defend against fraudulent activity across Marshmallow’s third-party claims. Own the claims fraud KPIs and investigation strategy, provide final escalation for complex cases, and drive quality assurance and decision-making. Ensure compliance with FCA requirements, Consumer Duty, vulnerable customer handling, and GDPR, while partnering with Product Owners and other teams to improve processes and reduce investigation cycle time.
