Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead a high-performing team to deliver hydropower projects internationally.
  • •Direct teams on major hydropower projects and programs, leading multi-disciplinary delivery and client-focused communication.
  • •Review and generate technical and contractual information from internal and external sources.
  • •Lead pursuits for major hydropower projects, including proposals and business development with existing and new clients.
  • •Coordinate multi-disciplinary design of hydropower infrastructure and respond to technical queries, including acting as lead verifier on feasibility and design reports.

Key Requirements

  • •BEng (Hons) degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Environmental).
  • •Chartered status or actively working towards chartership.
  • •Background in civil, electrical, mechanical, environmental, or project management experience in the hydropower sector with strong technical competence.
  • •Experience leading hydropower projects, including conventional and pumped storage design, construction, or commissioning.
  • •Experience developing teams and working with clients and collaborators on an international level.
