•Own end-to-end development of executive business reviews (QBRs/MBRs), leadership decks, strategy memos, and executive updates.
•Synthesize inputs across technology, delivery, finance, risk, and operations into clear, outcome-oriented narratives for senior leaders.
•Consolidate segment project manager delivery updates into executive views of progress, risks, dependencies, and required decisions.
•Draft and refine CIO/CTO and business communications, including transformation narratives and strategic messaging.
•Lead end-to-end planning and content ownership for town halls, leadership at all-hands, and executive forums, including storylines and presentation materials.
