Chemical Operator

Operate and monitor plant processes safely and efficiently in compliance with regulations, SOPs, and standard work. Follow the production plan and execute production activities, including equipment/process parameter monitoring, recording production data, and taking samples for quality assurance. Perform scheduled safety checks, maintain a clean work environment, handle first-level troubleshooting and basic maintenance, and escalate deviations or unsafe situations to the shift supervisor. Operate within a structured onboarding and capability ramp-up.
