Collaborate with the regional marketing team to plan and execute a wide variety of high-touch events in New York City. You’ll manage logistics, budgets, vendor relationships, attendee lists, and on-site execution to deliver flawless experiences and advance field marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Own logistics for high-touch events, executive roundtables, thought leadership roadshows, industry tradeshows, and account-based activations, including venue sourcing, contract routing, catering coordination, and AV management.
•Ensure operational excellence across event targeting, registration page setup, invitation creation and management, lead list management, and follow up process.
•Support budget management across PO creation, invoicing, and spend tracking.
•Own the onboarding and management of the global swag and event materials store including vendor relationship management, item selection, procurement and inventory oversight.
•Serve as the on-site lead at regional field events supporting setup, experience flow, vendor troubleshooting, and real-time run-of-show adjustments.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•2–5 years of experience in event coordination, marketing operations, or project management in a high-growth environment.
•Detail-oriented and loves creating and maintaining a perfectly organized project plan.
•Team player who believes no task is too small if it contributes to a flawless experience.
•Comfortable navigating a modern marketing stack and eager to learn new tools and technologies.
•Calm under pressure with a track record of executing Plan B when shipments are delayed or vendors fall through; proven experience managing third-party agencies, production houses, and high-end hospitality vendors.
