Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead pipeline and data work: source, qualify, and segment leads; classify account fit; stand up data and process for new markets as you expand.
  • •Maintain and improve CRM records with deduplication and clear priority so the sales team knows which accounts to work next.
  • •Design and run outbound campaigns, including email sequences and direct mail/letter drops to open doors and warm leads.
  • •Manage a small team of subordinates to execute research tasks: set targets/briefs, review quality, and ensure outputs are usable.
  • •Own onboarding and training: get newly signed customers live and train front-line staff and managers remotely by default, with in-person support during US trips.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •A computer science background (degree or equivalent in practice), comfortable writing code and working with data at scale, using modern AI tooling, with a real codebase.
  • •Based in the UAE, able to overlap the US business day hours and travel to the US occasionally.
  • •Fluency in English is a must.
  • •Experience in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where you’ve built processes and made strong decisions with incomplete information.
  • •Comfort thinking like an operator and taking real ownership rather than coordinating tasks.
