Senior PVD Process Engineer leading state-of-the-art production processes for solar cell manufacturing in SpaceX’s Starlink program. You’ll design, optimize, and scale PVD processes (ITO/TCO) for high-efficiency SHJ cells, set up greenfield production, manage equipment, develop recipes, and drive yields, uptime, and cost improvements in a fast-paced, cross-functional team supporting GW-scale production.
