Operations Lead - Short Pump Town Center

Drive profitability and efficiency as a store Operations Lead by leading inventory accuracy, reducing shrink, and resolving root-cause issues. Oversee key operational functions like shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, and supply management.
